Training was alright today. Coach revealed his enormous wound. His meat looks like ham. Really. Ham with some burnt marks on it. Disgusting, really. Lol. After warm-ups, we end up, ALMOST doing 10 suicides bacause we didn't take out earings and watches. I guess it was painful for coach(haha) to see us feeling very tired after 4 suicides. He ended making us do only five, but to sprint in the fith one.

MANCHESTER UNITED vs ROMA!!! (2.45am, haha) Go devils! Or should i say 'go strawberries', Natesha? Haha.
